Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a high-end restaurant.
• Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to create new and innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity of flavours.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing kitchen staff.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and standards.
