Indian Chef in Dubai

We are in search of an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Dubai. As a Chef, your primary responsibility will be to prepare authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and be able to create dishes that are both traditional and innovative.

• Ensure that all food is made to the highest quality standards
• Train kitchen staff on recipes, techniques, and safety procedures
• Monitor food inventory and place orders when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, herbs, and cooking techniques
• Ability to create new dishes while also maintaining traditional flavors
