Job summary

Jing Hau in Dubai is seeking an experienced Indian Chef to lead the kitchen team, create authentic Indian dishes with a modern twist, and ensure meals meet high standards.

You will train staff, manage inventory, collaborate on menus and events, and maintain quality and presentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, cooking methods, and spices.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (Hindi or any other Indian language is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We are in search of a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Dubai. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes with a modern twist. Your main role will be to lead the kitchen team and ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standard.

Salary: $1700 USD per month
