Job description

As an Indian Chef in Dubai you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. Your main duties will include planning menus, ordering ingredients and overseeing the kitchen staff. You must have a deep understanding of traditional Indian cooking techniques and be able to adapt to local ingredients and tastes.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine cooking techniques and spices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
• Excellent communication skills in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of food safety regulations
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary
