Guardian Secure Services in Dubai is seeking an experienced Indian Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. You will plan menus, source ingredients, train staff, ensure food safety, and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure cost-effective sourcing, and work closely with management to introduce seasonal offerings.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and spices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
• English communication skills; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of food safety regulations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Indian Chef in Dubai

As an Indian Chef in Dubai, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. Your main duties will include planning menus, ordering ingredients, and overseeing the kitchen staff. You must have a deep understanding of traditional Indian cooking techniques and be able to adapt to local ingredients and tastes.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
