Job summary

Next Gen Alternative Nicotine Manufacturing Ltd is seeking an experienced cook to lead daily meals for a small team (~20 people) in Abu Dhabi. You will craft authentic Chinese dishes, plan menus, and ensure timely service.

Responsibilities include end-to-end kitchen management, purchasing, inventory, and maintaining high food-safety standards. UAE-based candidates with relevant visas are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional cooking experience; canteen/restaurant/private-chef background preferred.
• Experience must be verifiable with references or certificates.
• Skilled in traditional Chinese techniques (stir-fry, braise, steam, dough work).
• Able to run a kitchen end-to-end: purchasing, prep, cooking, serving, cleaning.
• Earliest start date in November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Cook independently three meals daily for ~20 people, with on-time service.
• Prepare authentic Chinese dishes with variety and flavor.
• Rotate staples (rice, noodles, dumplings, congee) for diverse menus.
• Plan weekly menus with balanced nutrition and meat-vegetable mix.
• Handle ingredient purchasing, inventory, and waste reduction.
• Maintain kitchen and dining area to food-safety standards.
