Job summary

SIRO One Za’abeel, a luxury hospitality brand in Dubai, seeks an Income Audit supervisor with strong leadership and a deep understanding of financial standards. You will manage daily audits, ensure accurate revenue reporting, and maintain seamless interfaces between front office, outlets, and accounting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury hotels, proficiency in Opera/Simphony, and knowledge of iScala.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the luxury hotel industry.
• Proven experience in team leadership with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Opera and Simphony systems is essential.
• Knowledge of iScala and experience with smart cash deposit machines is advantageous.
• Understanding of COA and General Ledger.
• Strong task management and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with hospitality compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily tasks for Income Auditor and Micros controllers.
• Review incentive programmes and ensure monthly reports and timely payments.
• Prepare and file tax and fee reports as required.
• Audit revenue transactions and ensure accuracy across interfaces.
• Ensure revenue postings align with hotel procedures and guest ledgers.
• Maintain correct PMS to accounting mappings and reconciliation.
• Present daily paid outs, rebates and corrections for approval.
