Responsibilities

• Balance and audit Front Office postings, payments, settlements, and guest-account transactions.
• Confirm that daily postings across revenue-generating departments are complete.
• Review hotel reports and night audit documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconciling recorded revenue with system reports, payment summaries, and departmental records.
• Investigate differences between operational activity and totals in the accounting system.
• Maintain audit trails and supporting records for internal reviews.
• Prepare month-end income journal entries using approved templates and policies.
• Protect confidential financial data during the audit process.
