Job summary

Hyde in Dubai seeks a detail‑oriented Income Auditor to balance and audit Front Office postings, monitor reports, and reconcile F&B POS systems. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, at least 2 years in income auditing, and strong Excel/industry software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in income auditing or a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
• Proficiency in Sun System, Opera, Micros, and Vision.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial software skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, auditing procedures and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication with multiple departments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Discretion and adherence to confidentiality in financial practices.
• Knowledge of Dubai/UAE financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor front office rebates and review F&B voids for proper authorization.
• Prepare daily operational packages for management review.
• Assist with month-end closing and analysis of bank accounts.
• Prepare month-end income journal entries according to policies.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in surprise float counts and other accounting tasks as required.
• Stay updated on local financial regulations and standards in Dubai.
