Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2+ years with a Dubai-based DMC, strong CRM and communication skills, and a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years with a Dubai-based Destination Management Company (DMC).
• Experience handling inquiries from Chinese, African, and Southeast Asian markets.
• Strong understanding of Dubai inbound tourism sales and operations.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
