Job summary

A&A Associate seeks a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive – Lead Management to oversee the complete lead lifecycle from capture to CRM updates. You will coordinate with Marketing, Prequalification, and Sales teams to ensure accurate data, timely qualification, and proper lead assignment within Zoho CRM.

Responsibilities include performing quality checks, driving process improvements, and generating performance and response-time reports to support management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control, Lead Management, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM).
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify marketing-generated leads are captured and recorded in Zoho CRM.
• Conduct regular quality checks on lead information, status, ownership and activity updates.
• Ensure timely qualifying and assignment of leads to Sales teams.
• Monitor Sales activity to ensure follow-up and CRM updates are done correctly.
