Job summary

Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a dedicated guest relations specialist to handle inbound calls Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. You will discuss travel dates and guest counts with warmth, and transfer callers to booking specialists or schedule follow-ups.

After-hours calls are returned each morning, with a goal of keeping missed calls under 12%. Ideal candidates bring exceptional phone presence, a service-first mindset, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Effective phone etiquette and friendly, composed demeanor.

• Ability to stay calm and efficient under high call volumes.
• Comfort with CRM and calendar tools, and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound guest calls Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
• Conduct warm conversations about travel dates, occasions, and guest counts.
• Transfer callers to booking specialists or schedule calls.
• Return after-hours calls at start of each morning.
• Maintain a monthly missed-call rate under 12%.
