Job summary

Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a dedicated guest relations specialist to handle inbound calls Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. You will discuss travel dates and guest counts with warmth, and transfer callers to booking specialists or schedule follow-ups.

After-hours calls are returned each morning, with a goal of keeping missed calls under 12%. Ideal candidates bring exceptional phone presence, a service-first mindset, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Effective phone etiquette and friendly, composed demeanor.

• Ability to stay calm and efficient under high call volumes.
• Comfort with CRM and calendar tools, and basic computer systems.

Requirements

• Exceptional phone presence with a warm, friendly, and composed demeanor
• Service-first mindset and high reliability
• Ability to stay composed and efficient during high call volumes
• Comfortable using computer-based phone systems, CRMs, and calendar tools
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or call centers is a plus
