Job summary

GuestReady is seeking a proactive Guest Excellence Intern - Operations to support daily vacation rental operations and back-office tasks within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will assist Live Operations with tickets, communicate with guests, help with reporting, and collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and account managers to streamline guest experience while gaining hands-on exposure to operations and guest management systems.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Business, Operations, or similar program.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Live Operations in handling operations-related tickets, including issue tracking, resolution, and escalation when necessary.
• Communicate with guests to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth stay experience.
• Follow up on operational tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including documentation, reporting, and data entry.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and support ongoing operational projects from planning to execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
