Job summary

Sirva is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager in Dubai to join their sales team. In this role, you will manage inbound leads, support Territory Sales Managers, and drive opportunities for revenue generation.

Your responsibilities include engaging with prospects, maintaining sales pipelines, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of business development experience and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in business development or account management.
• Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound leads from small and mid-market prospects.
• Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with professionalism.
• Support Territory Sales Representatives with transactional opportunities.
