Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Dubai seeks a Customer Development Representative to drive field-based growth with key accounts. You will secure new listings, optimize shelf presence, and push share of shelf while meeting sales targets.

The role targets candidates with 1–3 years of FMCG or Retail sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and English fluency; UAE retail familiarity is a plus, with a hands-on, in-store focus in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Sales.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, FMCG or retail preferred.
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; UAE retail knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivering core in-store standards and retail execution.
• Grow sales volume and market share within accounts.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing and CCSL and manage relationships with store offices.
