Job summary

Mars Dubai is seeking a Customer Development Representative to drive in-store growth, manage a Key Account, and secure new listings. You will focus on shelf presentation, product availability, and achieving sales and market share goals.

Collaborate with Customer Marketing and CCSL, build strong relationships with Store Managers and Merchandisers, and apply market data to grow volume and share. A relevant degree and 1–3 years FMCG/retail experience are required, with fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a similar discipline.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG or retail is preferred.
• Confident selling, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of the UAE retail landscape is advantageous.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-store standards, secure listings and drive shelf presence.
• Grow sales volume and market share across assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing and CCSL while managing relationships with Store Heads, Managers and Merchandisers.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment to achieve targets.
