Job summary

Sand Dollar Dubai Beachwear Boutique is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimise our Meta advertising across Facebook, Instagram, and adjacent networks for the Dubai and international markets.

The role requires strategic thinking, deep analytics, and a proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns with large budgets. You will work closely with marketing and content teams to develop high-converting creatives and campaigns.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Meta performance advertising in fashion/retail/e-commerce.
Proven ability to manage substantial monthly ad budgets.
Expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, GA4 and Shopify analytics.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram for two brands.
Plan, launch, manage and optimise multi-brand campaigns across UAE, GCC and international markets.
Develop sophisticated audience targeting, retargeting and customer-acquisition strategies.
Allocate budgets to maximise profitability and ROAS.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable recommendations.
Stay ahead of Meta platform changes and advertising best practices.
