Job summary

VistaGlobal Holding, a leader in global business aviation, seeks a Dining Experience Specialist to design and manage bespoke onboard menus for VistaJet flights. You will tailor menus to client preferences, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure pricing accuracy and timely orders while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

The role requires strong budgeting and invoicing skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Experience managing supplier relationships in food & beverage, luxury hospitality, aviation, or fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of multiple international cuisines and dietary requirements for tailor-made menus.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry within upmarket hotels or restaurants.
• Impeccable attention to detail for on-board catering standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure; remains calm in fast-moving settings.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Design bespoke, end-to-end dining experiences for VistaJet flights.
• Develop menu proposals based on customer preferences and feedback.
• Maintain high quality control standards for onboard catering.
• Manage supplier pricing data and ensure timely updates.
• Oversee the full financial lifecycle of catering orders including PO creation and invoices.
• Keep detailed records of orders, invoices, and communications in internal systems.
• Log and escalate issues with suppliers and VistaJet stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Cabin Hostesses before flights to ensure catering readiness.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships while meeting VistaJet standards.
• Resolve day-to-day supplier issues quickly.
