A Terminal Maître d` is responsible for overseeing premium dining and lounge service within VIP/executive terminals, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth operations, and luxury hospitality standards. She supervises service teams, coordinate with F&B and airport / FBO operations, manage VIP requests, and ensure compliance with service, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.

Duties & Accountabilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations within VIP/executive terminals.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to VIPs, diplomats, executives, and high-profile guests
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house service teams.
• Manage VIP requests, special occasions, and guest preferences with discretion.
• Coordinate with F&B, airport / FBO, kitchen, and operational teams for seamless service.
• Conduct service quality checks and ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable presentation, professional body language, and high grooming standards.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
• Support staff training, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a welcoming, graceful, and culturally sensitive service environment.

Compliance-related duties

• Ensure compliance with luxury service, hygiene, HACCP, food safety, and brand standards.

Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality management , Hotel Administration, Tourism, B usiness Administration or Luxury Hospitality.

Experience

• 5+ years in luxury hospitality
• 2+ years in supervising restaurant or lounge operations.

Skillset

• Fluent in English.
• Intermediate IT skills (MS Office database management).
• Preferred experience in Airport VIP Lounges, Executive Terminals, Private Aviation (FBO), Five-star hotels, Luxury Restaurants, Fine Dining, Cruise Terminals, Premium Clubs
