Job summary

Halian is seeking an Immigration Manager to lead all UAE immigration, visa, work permit, and employee mobility processes across our Dubai operations. The role demands deep knowledge of UAE regulations and strong stakeholder management to support business growth.

You will oversee the PRO team, manage international assignments, and advise on residency requirements while ensuring compliance and efficient case handling for employees, contractors, and dependents.

Qualifications

• Experience with UAE immigration regulations and government processes.
• Experience in immigration, global mobility, or employee services.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end immigration and visa processes for employees, contractors, and dependents.
• Consulting/advisory approach to immigration solutions.
• Ensure compliance with immigration, labor, and government regulations across regions.
• Monitor changes to immigration legislation and implement process updates.
• Coordinate international assignments and relocation processes.
• Provide guidance on visa requirements, work permits, and residency regulations.
• Oversee the PRO team, visa processes and communications.
