Job summary

Fragomen FZ LLC in Dubai is seeking an Immigration and Mobility Specialist to manage end-to-end immigration and mobility support for employees and dependents across the Middle East, ensuring compliant documentation and smooth relocation.

The role requires at least three years in HR, mobility or immigration, strong UAE law knowledge, excellent communication, English fluency, and preferably Arabic. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in HR, mobility, and immigration.
• Strong knowledge of UAE immigration law (MEA preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end immigration and mobility processes for employees and dependents.
• Coordinate immigration onboarding, renewals and offboarding activities.
• Liaise with government authorities and external providers to support relocations and mobility.
• Support international relocations and temporary assignments across the region.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance and business stakeholders.
