Halian is seeking an Immigration Manager to lead all UAE immigration, visa, work permit, and employee mobility processes across our Dubai operations. The role demands deep knowledge of UAE regulations and strong stakeholder management to support business growth.

You will oversee the PRO team, manage international assignments, and advise on residency requirements while ensuring compliance and efficient case handling for employees, contractors, and dependents.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, extensive knowledge of UAE immigration and labor regulations, and the ability to manage complex immigration cases while supporting business growth and workforce mobility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end immigration and visa processes for employees, contractors, and dependents.
• Solutions focused individual with a more consulting and advisory approach.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable immigration, labor, and government regulations across operating regions.
• Monitor changes to immigration legislation and proactively implement process updates.
• Maintain accurate immigration records, documentation, and audit trails.
• Coordinate international assignments, employee transfers, and relocation processes.
• Provide guidance to employees and hiring managers on visa requirements, work permits, and residency regulations.
• Oversee the PRO team, visa process and communications.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Candidates with experience in Big4 consulting and advisory services.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in immigration, global mobility, or employee services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE immigration laws, labor regulations, and government processes.
• Experience managing international immigration and cross-border workforce mobility programs.
• Proven experience dealing with government authorities and external immigration service providers.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
