Job summary

ABB Transmission & Distribution Limited LLC in IMEA Hub seeks a Hub Sales Manager to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for ABB Industrial Process Automation and Energy Industries across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. You will lead, coach, and align the sales function with the Hub Leadership Team.

You will drive GTM plans, set targets and budgets, oversee pricing and profitability, and build a strong sales funnel with Greenfield opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of international sales management experience.
Experience across the IMEA region preferred (India, Middle East & Africa).
Strong leadership to align matrix stakeholders toward solutions.
Process Automation industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and implement GTM model, sales mission, vision, and strategy for the IMEA hub.
Lead development and management of sales targets, budgets, and efficiency objectives.
Oversee pricing decisions in collaboration with Pricing Management to drive profitability.
Develop a strong sales funnel, with emphasis on Greenfield automation opportunities.
Build and maintain strategic customer relationships across industries and regions.
