ABB is seeking a highly experienced Hub Sales Manager to define and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for the IMEA Hub, spanning UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. You will lead sales and marketing, manage budgets and pricing, and partner with regional leadership to accelerate profitable growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of international sales management experience (IMEA preferred).
• Proven ability to close enterprise deals and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities to drive growth.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement GTM model, sales mission, vision, and strategy for the IMEA Hub area.
• Lead development and management of sales targets, budgets, and efficiency objectives.
• Oversee pricing and margin management in collaboration with Pricing Management.
• Drive the Hub's strategy execution across all workstreams and markets.
