Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales engineering, application engineering or electrical engineering.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication for proposals, meetings, and client questions.
• Knowledge of rotating electrical machines (MV-HV motors/generators) and related systems.
• Ability to interpret customer economics and specs into competitive technical offerings.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead programs/projects.
• Fluent in English (oral & written) with strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with collaborative style across levels.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and negotiation of BH technical proposals and budget estimation.
• Define technical project strategy influencing customers toward BH solutions.
• Prepare best technical proposals at first submission using bidding tools and innovative tech.
• Lead technical negotiations, coordinate with supporting functions, attend customer meetings/presentations.
• Apply product and quality policies, address and mitigate risks per BH procedures.
