Job summary

Caliberly seeks a Compliance Certification Coordinator for Game Testing & Lab Liaison to own end-to-end certification, ensuring titles pass testing at GLI, BMM, iTech Labs, and meet licence standards across MGA, UKGC, NJ DGE, and AGCO. You will manage submission packs, lab coordination, and regulatory reporting from Dubai or Bangkok with regular travel.

You will drive 5+ years in iGaming compliance, coordinate with Product/QA/Lab teams, and push for a zero-defect, timely certification process

Qualifications

• 5+ years in iGaming or land-based gaming compliance.
• Experience securing approvals across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of GLI/BMM/iTech standards and related testing.

Responsibilities

• Certification planning across jurisdictions and test-matrix maintenance.
• Assemble and quality-check artefacts before lab submission.
• Serve as primary contact for external laboratories and manage SLAs.
• Run pre-cert dry-runs and enforce internal checklists.
• Produce evidence bundles and respond to regulator questions.
• Coordinate daily with Product, QA, Security and Legal to stay compliant.
• Automate test-pack generation and defect tracking to reduce cycle time.
