Job summary

The General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Technical Compliance Specialist (iGaming) to assess, monitor, and assure iGaming platforms meet regulatory and technical standards. You will review architectures, support operator inspections, coordinate with labs, and document findings with actionable remediation steps.

The role requires a degree in computer science or related fields and 3–5 years in technical compliance or regulated tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years experience in technology or technical compliance, preferably in iGaming, gambling, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to iGaming platforms or regulated digital platforms is highly desirable.
• Understanding of security, logging, and monitoring concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical compliance assessments of iGaming platforms, including accounts, game engines, RNG components, wallets, and integrations.
• Review system architectures, hosting environments, and infrastructure designs for regulatory alignment.
• Support inspections and assessments of operators for technological compliance obligations.
• Review architecture diagrams, SOPs, change records, and security documentation.
• Assist in reviewing RNG certification reports, game configurations, payout tables, and system parameters.
• Coordinate with independent testing laboratories to support review scope, findings, and remediation actions.
• Prepare technical compliance assessment reports with observations, risks, and corrective actions.
• Engage operators and providers to clarify requirements and support remediation.
• Monitor operator compliance through periodic submissions and event-driven notifications.
