Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai seeks a Senior Legal & Compliance Leader to oversee licensing, intellectual property, and content distribution for games and digital products. You will align contracts and content operations with business objectives and support growth.

The role requires a law degree, extensive licensing/IP experience, and strong negotiation skills. You’ll drive regulatory compliance, policy governance, and cross-functional guidance across product, publishing and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Law degree (LLB / LLM) and valid license to practice law.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate licensing, distribution and content-use agreements.
• Manage IP rights registration, protection and enforcement.
• Advise on data privacy, consumer protection, digital content laws and export controls.
• Coordinate with partners, publishers and external counsel on licensing deals and disputes.
• Develop internal policies, TOS, EULA and privacy documentation.
• Lead risk assessment, audits, and governance for licensing and content distribution.
