Job summary

R77 is assisting a Dubai-based iGaming technology client by hiring a Compliance Manager to own end-to-end compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will maintain audit-ready documentation, track regulatory changes, and coordinate with licensing and external partners to ensure compliant, smooth operations. The role requires strong English, organizational skills, and independent delivery within a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven compliance experience within iGaming or similarly regulated online gambling environments.

Responsibilities

• Own compliance operations across multiple iGaming jurisdictions with strong control documentation.
• Track regulatory change and assess impact on commercial activity, integrations, product changes and partner relationships.
• Support licensing, certification and compliance documentation for B2B iGaming/aggregation operations.
• Act as the key contact for compliance discussions with external stakeholders (operators, game providers, platform partners, external compliance teams).
• Maintain structured policies, trackers and audit-ready records and ensure accessibility.
• Support partner onboarding, ensuring requirements are understood early and met without blocking delivery.
• Identify compliance risks early and propose practical solutions that protect growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance into delivery and decision-making.
• Manage scenarios where jurisdictional requirements differ or change frequently.

Job description

R77 is supporting an established Dubai-based iGaming technology client to hire a Compliance Manager who can confidently own compliance operations across multiple regulated markets. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the pace and complexity of B2B iGaming (operators game providers platform/aggregation partners) and can translate evolving regulatory requirements into practical business-ready processes.

The role

Youll take end-to-end ownership of day-to-day compliance activity ensuring the business stays aligned across active jurisdictions maintains audit-ready documentation and is seen by partners as a credible and solutions-focused compliance counterpart.

Key responsibilities

• Own compliance operations across multiple iGaming jurisdictions ensuring strong control documentation and consistency.
• Track regulatory change and clearly assess impact on commercial activity integrations product changes and partner relationships.
• Support licensing certification and compliance documentation requirements relevant to B2B iGaming/aggregation-style operations.
• Act as the key point of contact for compliance discussions with external stakeholders including:
  • Operators
  • Game providers
  • Platform / integration partners
  • External compliance teams and compliance officers
• Maintain structured policies trackers partner requirements and audit-ready records (always current always accessible).
• Support partner onboarding ensuring requirements are understood early and met without blocking delivery.
• Identify compliance risks early accelerate clearly and propose practical solutions that protect the business while enabling growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Product Tech Ops Commercial) to embed compliance into delivery and decision-making.
• Manage complex scenarios where jurisdictional requirements differ change frequently or have unclear interpretations.

Required experience & skills

• Proven compliance experience within iGaming (B2B preferred) or similarly regulated online gambling environments.
• Strong ability to operate confidently in a fast-changing multi-market regulatory context.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to build structure where its missing.
• Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes without constant supervision.
• Confident communicator with external partners able to be firm calm and credible.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to influence internal stakeholders across functions.

Nice to have (strong advantages)

• Legal background or strong exposure to legal/commercial documentation.
• Familiarity with common iGaming compliance areas such as certifications jurisdictional rule sets responsible gaming expectations and partner due diligence.
