Job summary

RINA is recruiting for an IFI Commercial Management Developer (Emirati Talent) to join the Abu Dhabi hub in the Consulting IFI Commercial & Tender Management division. The role focuses on developing business with international financial institutions and requires travel ~20%.

You will work with a team to monitor programs in the Middle East, prepare expressions of interest, coordinate with partners, and understand tendering procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management.
• Experience (>2 years) in consultancy and funded proposals is beneficial.
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Basic knowledge of the International Finance Institutions market is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team; creative and open-minded.

Responsibilities

• Monitor current investment programs in Middle East and understand their priorities in Energy, Infrastructures and Mobility.
• Evaluate opportunities launched by the IFIs in cooperation with the Operational Technical Units.
• Contribute and coordinate the preparation of Expressions of Interest and proposals to reply to open and restricted tenders launched by DFIs/Lenders/Investors.
• Build a local network of and interact with suitable partners, local experts and subcontractors to shape the best team for the assignment.
• Support RINA promotional and commercial activities with DFIs, in the area.
• Support RINA promotional and commercial activities with potential partners with complementary competencies.
• Understand the DFIs’ procedures for tendering and awarding contracts, contribute to fulfill their requests.
• Support the team in preparing internal reporting of activities performed and achievements.
• Facilitate the internal networking, by interacting with the DFI Team of RINA in Italy and the other Operational Units usually involved in the DFI business.
