Job summary

SailPoint in Dubai seeks an Account Executive to drive identity security solutions across enterprise accounts. You will lead a virtual team of partners, presales, and success resources, and you will position SailPoint against competitors such as Microsoft and Okta.

You will own the full sales lifecycle from discovery to closing, building strong relationships with customers and partners. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in complex security or software sales, exceptional communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business or related field.
• Strong communication and discovery call skills.
• Experience presenting value of SailPoint solutions against competitors.
• Ability to lead virtual cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
• Address customer and partner inquiries with tailored solutions.
• Develop territory business plans aligned to targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and partners to drive plans.
• Own all sales cycle components from qualification to close.
