Job summary

Amazon in Dubai South seeks an ICQA Supervisor to lead the Inventory Control & Quality Assurance team on the delivery station floor. You will own daily cycle counts, quality audits, and process compliance to keep inventory accurate and locations clean and controlled.

You will drive safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives, coaching a team of associates while partnering with Operations and Inbound/Outbound teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years in inventory control, quality assurance, or warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong Excel skills (filters, pivots, basic formulas) and comfort with warehouse/WMS systems.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented with ability to investigate problems to root cause.
• Clear communicator with ability to lead and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily/weekly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate inventory defects to identify root cause and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain bin/location integrity and accurate, scannable locations.
• Track KPIs and drive corrective actions to hit targets.
• Conduct daily quality walks and audits of pick faces, staging, and storage areas.
• Supervise and coach ICQA associates, set targets, and manage workload.
• Enforce safety standards and SOPs; escalate risks promptly.
• Produce daily/weekly accuracy and quality reports; collaborate with other teams.
