Job summary

Dubai American Academy in Dubai is seeking an outstanding High School IB Business Teacher to join our team starting January 2027. You will inspire inquiry, deliver rigorous IB Business lessons and contribute to our award-winning, internationally minded learning community.

The successful candidate will have IB Business experience at high school level, a Business teaching qualification, and a collaborative, student-centered approach. We offer extensive benefits within GEMS Education.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Education or equivalent with business specialization.
Proven experience teaching IB Business at high school level.
Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and practical business instruction.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to build relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
Commitment to continually improve teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

Deliver IB Business lessons to high school students following the curriculum.
Develop and implement engaging teaching strategies to foster inquiry.
