Dubai American Academy, part of GEMS Education, is seeking a High School IB Business Teacher to join from January 2027 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will deliver engaging IB Business instruction and foster critical thinking and enquiry among students.

The role requires collaboration with colleagues, differentiated instruction for diverse learners, and active participation in school life and professional learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent with a relevant teaching qualification such as a PGCE, State License, or equivalent specialising in Business.
• Proven experience teaching IB Business at High School level in an American or IB curriculum school.
• Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and effective Business instruction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
