Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical, paramedical, finance, business, insurance or related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years' experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally in clinical/paramedical or insurance roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate within company service standards to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
• Review and handle claims according to standard procedures.
• Support team to meet SLA and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide accurate and professional responses to client inquiries and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Engage in medical terminology training to improve claims processing skills.
• Adapt to various claims handling tasks to enable multitasking.
• Ensure high quality targets are achieved at all times.
• Support Team Leader to drive engagement within the team.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
