Job summary

Allianz in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented Claims Processing Agent to evaluate and process claims efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction and policy compliance. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork and ability to perform under tight deadlines in a hybrid work setup.

You will review claims according to established procedures, support SLA goals, and coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt resolutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (medical, paramedical, finance, business, or insurance).
1–2 years’ customer-focused experience, preferably in clinical, paramedical, TPA, or insurance roles.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and accuracy skills.
Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
Hybrid working option available.

Responsibilities

Operate within service standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Review and handle claims according to standard procedures.
Support team to meet SLA and deliver customer service.
Provide accurate responses to client inquiries and collaborate with other departments.
Engage in training to improve claims processing proficiency.
Ensure high quality targets are met at all times.
Support Team Leader to drive engagement.
Handle ad hoc duties as required.
