Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical, paramedical, finance, business administration, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally in clinical, paramedical, or insurance roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and accuracy skills.
• Team player with good work ethic.
• Physically fit to perform duties.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Legally permitted to work in the country of operation.
• Hybrid working option available as per business requirements.
• AI readiness and ability to work with AI, data analytics and cloud-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate within company service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Review and handle claims according to standard procedures.
• Support team to meet SLA and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide accurate and professional responses to client inquiries and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Engage in medical training to broaden understanding of terminology and claims processing skills.
• Be adaptable to multi-tasking across claims handling tasks.
• Aim to achieve high quality targets and performance standards.
• Support Team Leader to drive engagement within the team.
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as required.
