Job summary

Agile Consultants in Dubai is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance and troubleshooting within the HVAC/MEP industry. The HVAC Supervisor will guide technicians during installations and maintenance work.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure safe, timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HVAC or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar line of products related to HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, installation procedures, and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex HVAC issues and provide technical guidance to technicians during troubleshooting.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Ensure safety regulations, local codes, and industry standards are followed on site.
• Lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians to meet project timelines.

• Supervise and participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure proper system functionality and performance.
• Ensure all work activities comply with safety regulations, local codes, and industry standards while maintaining a safe working environment for technicians and site personnel.
• Lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians to ensure service tasks are completed efficiently and within project timelines.
• Monitor the quality of work performed by technicians to ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and technical documentation related to maintenance activities, installations, and repairs.
• Support planning and scheduling of maintenance and service activities to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and internal departments to address technical requirements and service updates.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials required for service and installation activities are properly maintained and available.

• Diploma or degree inHVAC or a related technical field.
• Minimum8–10 years of experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar line of productsrelated to HVAC systems.
• Strong technical knowledge ofHVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, installation procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, clients, and internal teams.
• Avalid UAE Driving License will be preferred.
