Job summary

Leading HVAC Company in Dubai is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead service operations and client handling for HVAC projects in Dubai. Immediate joining preferred; 2-4 years UAE experience is mandatory.

You will supervise 5-10 technicians, manage breakdown calls and AMC visits, provide technical guidance on Chilled Water, FCU, AHU, VRF and ensure quality before client sign-off. Fluency in English and a valid UAE driving license are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of UAE experience as HVAC Service Supervisor or Service Coordinator.
• Dubai experience mandatory.
• Must be currently in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
• Must have managed 5+ technicians.
• Chilled Water expertise desirable.
• Fluent English; able to explain technical issues to clients.
• Valid UAE driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 HVAC technicians.
• Handle daily tasks, breakdown calls and AMC visits.
• Provide technical guidance on Chilled Water, FCU, AHU, FAHU, VRF, Chillers, Ducting.
• Diagnose issues via phone or site visits and guide technicians to resolution.
• Quality check completed work before client sign-off.
• Train and upskill junior technicians on best practices and fault diagnosis.

Leading HVAC Company in Dubai - Premium AMC Projects - is hiring a Service Supervisor to lead service operations & client handling.

Key Responsibilities

*Team Supervision & Technical Guidance - Core:*

• Supervise & lead team of 5-10 HVAC technicians
• Daily tasks, breakdown calls & AMC visits
• Provide technical guidance on Chilled Water, FCU, AHU, FAHU, VRF, Chillers, Ducting & troubleshoot issues
• Diagnose issues via phone / site visit & guide technicians on resolution
• Quality check completed work before client sign-off
• Train & upskill junior technicians on best practices & fault diagnosis

Client Handling - Critical

• Primary technical POC for clients for service requests, breakdowns & AMC work
• Explain faults & work done in fluent, professional English to non-technical clients
• Manage client expectations, daily status updates & handle escalations calmly

Service Operations - Daily

• Schedule & dispatch technicians for breakdown calls, AMC & PPM
• Daily scheduling
• Track service calls from receipt to closure - SLA based
• Maintain service records, job sheets & reports - Odoo / ERP updating
• Coordinate spare parts with procurement - No delays
• Ensure HSE & quality compliance

Mandatory - Do Not Apply If You Don't Have

• Valid UAE Driving License is MANDATORY
• Own car preferred
• 2-4 years as HVAC Service Supervisor / Service Coordinator in UAE
• Dubai exp must
• Must be currently in Dubai & available for immediate joining
• Must have handled 5+ technicians
• Chilled Water expertise must
• Fluent English
• Mandatory to explain technical issues to clients
