Job summary

Agile Consultants in Dubai is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance and troubleshooting within the HVAC/MEP industry. The HVAC Supervisor will guide technicians during installations and maintenance work.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure safe, timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HVAC or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar line of products related to HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, installation procedures, and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex HVAC issues and provide technical guidance to technicians during troubleshooting.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Ensure safety regulations, local codes, and industry standards are followed on site.
• Lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians to meet project timelines.
• Monitor the quality of work to ensure high standards and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and technical documentation.
• Support planning and scheduling of maintenance and service activities.
• Communicate with clients, project teams, and internal departments about requirements and updates.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are maintained and available.
