HVAC Supervisor – Facility Maintenance

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Supervisor responsible for overseeing routine and preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs of all HVAC systems, including pumps and air handling units. The role ensures all air conditioning systems and related equipment are in good working condition, maintained efficiently, and meet safety standards.

The HVAC Supervisor will also be responsible for record-keeping, upgrading installed AC systems, managing tools and equipment, and ensuring all technical staff follow company policies. The position requires close coordination with the Site Supervisor, including providing feedback on maintenance activities and reporting any technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs of HVAC, pumps, and air handling systems
• Install, maintain records, and upgrade AC equipment and spare parts
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment according to safety and utilization standards
• Execute other relevant maintenance duties assigned by the Site Supervisor per contract scope
• Provide regular feedback on maintenance and installation work to ensure quality standards
• Ensure that all technical staff adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma (2 or 3 years) in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration from a Government or recognized institute
• Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in HVAC maintenance and supervision
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations
• Proficient in the use of tools and equipment for HVAC maintenance
• Bilingual preferred
• Fair spoken and written communication skills
