You will conduct regular inspections, coordinate with project managers and other contractors, and develop a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HVAC systems management, EPA certification, and a technical HVAC qualification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems management with a supervisory role.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling is mandatory.
• Experience in commercial HVAC systems; residential and industrial applications understood.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of HVAC systems ensuring all work meets industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
