Job summary

Eiger Marvel Human Resource Consultancies seeks an HVAC/MEP Design Engineer to execute piping projects for boilers, solar systems and chillers in Dubai. The role requires overseeing piping installations, welding, site inspections, testing and commissioning to meet time, budget and quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical Engineering qualification with 7–8 years in MEP contracting, including 4–5 years in the GCC, and strong coordination with clients and teams.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC/MEP Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for executing piping projects related to Boilers Solar Systems and Chillers ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications technical documents and drawings to determine scope and timelines.
  
• Supervise the installation of piping systems and oversee the welding process.
  
• Manage and track welder activities and job completion quality.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams contractors and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress quality and resolve any technical issues.
  
• Supervise and support testing and commissioning activities.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation and progress reports for management.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Minimum 7 8 years of experience in MEP contracting with at least 4 5 years in the GCC.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of piping and welding processes.
  
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage tasks solve problems and take initiative.
  
• Self-driven organized and results-focused.
