Job summary

Eiger Marvel Human Resource Consultancies seeks an HVAC/MEP Design Engineer to execute piping projects for boilers, solar systems and chillers in Dubai. The role requires overseeing piping installations, welding, site inspections, testing and commissioning to meet time, budget and quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical Engineering qualification with 7–8 years in MEP contracting, including 4–5 years in the GCC, and strong coordination with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7–8 years in MEP contracting with 4–5 years in GCC
• Strong piping and welding knowledge
• Good communication and client coordination skills
• Proven ability to manage tasks and take initiative
• Self-driven and organized

Responsibilities

• Review specs and drawings to determine scope and timelines
• Supervise installation of piping systems and welding process
• Manage welder activities and ensure job completion quality
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and consultants
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Supervise testing and commissioning activities
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
