Job summary

Foreground is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead workforce strategy across its luxury UAE properties. You will drive talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations to deliver exceptional service.

You will partner with property leadership to build a performance-driven culture, ensure policy alignment with UAE labor laws, and maintain seamless HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience in hospitality, leisure, or service industries.
