Job summary

KeyMavens Group in Dubai is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations on-site. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while developing and maintaining HR policies to ensure regulatory compliance and a positive workplace culture.

You will collaborate with department heads to support growth, oversee payroll and health insurance renewals, and champion best practices in UAE labor law and performance management. A SHRM-CP/CIPD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• SHRM-CP or CIPD certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
