Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience including management or business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle and modern HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and performance management.
• Practical knowledge of Emiratisation and UAE national recruitment strategies.
• Good understanding of UAE labour regulations and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with HR systems and data-driven decision making.
• English fluency; CIPD/SHRM or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and the employee handbook.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment including planning, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Provide fair guidance to employees and managers to strengthen employee relations.
• Handle grievances, investigations, and disciplinary matters professionally.

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to lead our human resources function and create an exceptional employee experience. This role will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, develop practical HR policies, strengthen employee relations, support recruitment, and ensure compliance with UAE labour requirements and Emiratisation initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a modern HR professional who combines strong operational expertise with a genuine passion for people, culture, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to performance management, retention, and offboarding.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build strong employee relations by providing fair, confidential, and practical guidance to employees and managers.
• Manage grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Drive employee engagement, well-being, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Support managers with performance reviews, employee development plans, succession planning, and organizational needs.
• Develop and implement the company’s Emiratisation strategy, including attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining UAE Nationals.
• Monitor Emiratisation targets and maintain accurate records and reports in line with applicable UAE requirements.
• Build relationships with relevant government entities, universities, career platforms, and recruitment partners to strengthen the UAE National talent pipeline.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labour regulations and internal company standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, contracts, and documentation.
• Track key HR metrics and use data to recommend improvements.
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, including experience in an HR management or HR business partnering role.
• Strong knowledge of the complete employee lifecycle and modern HR practices.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and performance management.
• Practical knowledge of Emiratisation requirements, programmes, and UAE National recruitment strategies.
• Good understanding of UAE labour regulations and HR compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Comfortable using HR systems, recruitment platforms, and data to support decision-making.
• Strong written and spoken English;
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent would be an advantage.
