Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience in CSP or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Experience handling HR documentation for a diverse workforce.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, grievances and performance management.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll, and records.
• Handle visa, work permits, insurance, and related documents.
• Develop and implement HR policies and internal processes.
• Ensure UAE Labour Law compliance and company policies.
• Collaborate with management on manpower planning.
• Support training, development, and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports for management.
