Job summary

Aptitude 8, a leading HubSpot solutions consultancy, is seeking an experienced HubSpot Architect to lead implementations, integrations, and migrations in a dynamic Dubai setting.

You will design scalable solutions across Marketing, Sales, Service hubs, collaborate with clients and Delivery Leads, map processes with LucidChart, and oversee UAT and training to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Technology, Sales, or Marketing
• 3+ years in large-scale CRM implementations
• Strong knowledge of 3+ HubSpot hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Data/Ops, Content/CMS)

Responsibilities

• Lead technical HubSpot implementations, integrations, and migrations
• Design scalable, tailored solutions using HubSpot features and third-party integrations

• Create process maps and diagrams using LucidChart
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct client training

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Technology, Sales, or Marketing
• 3+ years of experience in large-scale CRM implementations
• Strong technical grasp of 3+ HubSpot hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Data/Ops, Content/CMS)
• Solid understanding of third-party systems integrations, data modeling, and API/webhooks
• Experience with project management tools and tracking project status
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within scope and budget
